Domestic Shipping (within U.S.):
We ship most orders from the warehouse with in 48 hours of the order being recieved. Based on where you are located it will take approximately 2-7 business days to reach your destination. All orders are shipped USPS or UPS depending on the size and weight. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method of delivery.
Special shipping rates are also available for additional shipping fees.
If you are interest in expedited shipping you must call or email us prior to the order being shipped.
If you are shipping your package to a PO Box, please advised that there may be a delay in the shipment.
International Shipping:
Exact shipping cost can be provided upon our receipt of a completed order only. Once we receive your order, we can then give you a Shipping Rate based on the specific size & weight, its destination and how it will be shipped.
* Shipping fees do not cover duties/tariffs/brokerage fees. Buyer is responsible for those fees.
Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your products for any reason we accept returns up to 10 days after the date of shipment. You MUST either call or email us at info@plasticbeadswholesale.com . All items must be returned new, unused in the orginal packaging. We will give a refund of the cost , minus shipping & handling. There will be a 30% restocking fee for all such returns. We will not accept products in return if they are damaged, used or have pieces missing.
Order Minimums :
Please be advised that since we are a wholesale website we require a minimum order of $30.00. Any order that is under $30.00 will be charged a Low Order Fee of $20.00.
